This page lists the publicly available pages in the root of this website. These are euphemistically known as “the slashes”1, because the root in Unix starts with a “slash”. To make life easier for your humble webmaster and wordsmith extraordinaire, he has written the following in the third-person, and accidentally on purpose avoided any effort of actual introspection2.

Making a website accessible is a good idea. Here is the accessibility statement.
contact
This page shows the ways that you can contact omz13; if logged in, more ways may appear (or not, because capriciousness is a thing here).
colophon
This page details the more technical aspects of how omz13 built this website.
ia
The information architecture that this website follows as best it can. It is systemic, not accidental.

The small-print that keeps the regulators at bay and makes the lawyers happy-ish.
life pro tips (lpt)
Amazing meatspace hacks that omz13 has discovered as he circles the sun are documented here.
manifesto
One fine day, omz13 sat down at the keyboard and typed up his manifesto on life, the universe, and surviving decades on the internet.
TL;DR: Avoid assholes and block idiots, because life is too short. We are Gen X with BOFH tendencies who cares about quality, so what else would you expect?
manual of me
A very tongue-in-cheek version of a manual-of-me as applicable to working with omz13.
now
A “/now” page informs the reader about what the author is focused on at this point in their life. For more, see What is a “now page”?
ontology
The formal conceptual ontological model of how information becomes knowledge and is structured into assets for reading.
privacy policy
Short, sweet, and actually respects you (which is radical because its brutally honest).
topology
The formal operational topology of this website. What information exists and where it is found.
uses
A curated inventory of the tools that haven’t annoyed omz13 enough to be replaced yet.

  1. A contemporaneous list of slash pages that people put on their websites has been curated at Slash Pages; if you have your own website and suffer from completionism and/or OCD you are urged not to implement everything listed because its not a competition and stop being a sheep and doing what everybody else does: a little originality goes a long way! ↩︎

  2. Why is everybody obsessing over introspecting, or to be more precise, publicly publishing every last little thought about themselves online? The public performance, where the emotional journey is “exposed” for all to see, is tedious, and to be blunt, a massive indicator of being insecure and/or shallow; it has been done by so many bloggers or “influencers” it is beyond cliché and is, simply, boring. ↩︎
